For your reference, future increases or decreases to the fuel surcharge will be based on the Average of On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price as reported by the U.S. Department of Energy at its website for the Midwest region (Click on U.S. Dept of Energy to access the website). The surcharge will be adjusted monthly based on the posted price at the website. For example, the surcharge for February will be based on the last posted price in January for the Midwest region.
